Imagine playing an exciting computer game, where you have a race against time to save planet Earth against nasty aliens, gaining points with your skill, just as you do at home or in the arcade.

Now, imagine learning English vocabulary exactly suited to your level of the language, English grammar, phrasal verbs, prefixes and suffixes, word stress and pronunciation, just as if you were in a language school.

You are in control of a space ship and have to protect the Earth from aliens in their ships slowly coming down to meet you. You must fire at them to destroy them, in the process gaining points for yourself. However, all the aliens are in the form of words, which come down towards you in groups of four, in a line. Three of the them are similar, one is either different, or incorrect English. You must choose which one and destroy it. If you choose the right word, you gain points; if you choose the wrong word, you lose them.

There are six levels, from Beginner to Advanced, and five different sections to overcome:

The program has a word store of 2400 different vocabulary items - more than in most vocabulary training books.

There is a highest scores table, so you can play against yourself or against your friends and so measure your improvement.
